Staff super friendly nothing was too much, bed super comfy and tv in room must have been 50 plus with tonnes of channels my partner commented on door staff saying they made you feel like royalty opening taxi doors the whole experience was one we shall remember for a long time. Unfortunately we didn't experience the food much (we were after the whole American experience) but we did have a breakfast and lunch there both were excellent .

This is a beautiful property in a great location.
Staff was very pleasant. Especially Coach who was the first and last staff member we interacted with.
Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.
Negatives:
The king room was poorly laid out, awkward and very small
There was nowhere to put your things-clothes or toiletries except 6 hangars in a closet with a high shelf for two people! No dresser, no shelf, cubby etc so you were forced to live out of your bags.
The bathroom was so small you could not fully open the door. No cold water-both taps were hot. No counter or vanity. For the ladies terrible lighting to apply makeup.

Negatives:
The room is a just not what a business traveller needs. There is no desk or surface to work on of any sort, there is grossly insufficient lighting, the AC is seriously noisy, there was no cold water, the light switch in the bathroom was behind the door, and the breakfast service was abrupt and unwelcoming. And the bed linen is strange with the bed sheet not actually fitting the bed.
