Loved the decor and furnishings in room.

Room air conditioning was poor, had maintenance check it and all he did was hold his hand to the vent and said “it’s cold,” then left. So, sleeping was uncomfortable for all of us because it remained very warm. Our group felt that for the high price we spent for this room, it was unacceptable that this happened and they didn’t fix the problem. Also, our room almost felt like a store because of all the beverages and snacks, along with a phone charger, cbd gummies, and a “love kit.” I think it’s okay for them to stock a couple drinks and snacks in the event that someone desperately wants it, but there was so much that there was no room to use the fridge, and we had to move the items around to be able to use the counter space. Not to mention the outrageous prices for the items.

This is not a family hotel , i do not recommend being there with your family , we are 4 , 3 of us are 6.1 and above , i asked through booking.com and also gave them a call asking “will the bed types be ok for my gamily ? “ yes no problem we can accommodate your family , and guess what ??? The beds were two small , i booked month’s in advance and had confidence in the staff ……

Our stay was lovely. The attention to detail was great. Valet service was convenient.
Parking in downtown DC can be tricky, so it was nice not to worry about it. When we checked in, we were offered a glass of wine too. The staff we encountered were nice, the room was beautiful, & the restaurant was delicious. We loved the convenience of the location to the capital one arena.
