Positives:
There is very little to like about this property.
Negatives:
The staff were impossible to deal with. The hotel needs to be updated desperately and the “pool” is the size of a large bathtub. Couldn’t use it if other guests were there.

The location, the dcor and size of room.
Negatives:
Very little room for unpacking. And the food service, both in-room service and the restaurant were below standard. Note that the rating is good as a "hotel" but the food service brought the overall rating down.

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The best part was the staff, we felt like kings from the treatment we received from them!

This hotel should be on top of everyone's "bucket list". From the start, the level of service was extraordinary. I have stayed at other top hotels in this class/price range but only Capella was worth every penny. The entire staff treated me like royalty??????
