DO NOT stay in this hotel on a FRIDAY or SATURDAY night. The clubs in Adams Morgan are sooooo loud and you can hear it in the hotel. It goes on till 2 am.

The location was paramount and communications with Issa was very positive and professional. The staffs at the coffee bar were excellent.
Negatives:
First impression of the check in lower level was depressing and dark (not inviting). We stayed two times in the last two weeks in different rooms. Both times we had to get up in the middle of the night to turn back on the air conditioning.

The check-in area in the afternoon was dark and depressing. receptionist seemed sleepy and unconcerned. Room had no bag stand and the bathroom Counter space was very inadequate. Had to use the mini bar counter.

Extremely unique and memorable property with a lot of great amenities. Theyve thought of so many details that elevated the experience and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Negatives:
My only complaint is that the hotel put two holds on my AmEx, so shortly after settling into my room I received an alert and had to spend time on the phone sorting that out when I wanted to just relax in my room.

Perfect location for the wedding. Should have been told about extra fees for parking .
Positives:
I liked reception, the room, the design and the location of the hotel. Once a month the spacious rooftop (used for functions otherwise) is opened providing one of the best views over Washington DC. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant and coffee place open to public with great wifi. Location was in our case perfect.
