The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Thank you, Olivia, at the front desk for being so welcoming. Also, the staff at check-out were super friendly. I would visit again for the customer service alone. I'd recommend this property for the location as well!

The rooms could use some updating. Once a refresher is done, it would be worthy of 5 stars. Especially the room we stayed in with the amazing balcony.

Positives:
The bathroom was disgusting. Whoever you have cleaning the rooms, should be fired. There was HAIR all over the wall in the shower and the shower. This had me thinking if you've cleaned the bathroom or changed the sheets.
Negatives:
Waited 15 minutes for your receptionist to come to the front and check me in and this was only 9:30 PM. Not only that my bathroom was filled with hair, and the wifi did not work. I am a woman with NO hair for the past 15 years and there is NO WAY this was mine nor does that texture suit mine, even if I did have hair.
