Bathroom was dirty. I found hair in the bathtub. Carpet was worn. Night tables were scratched. The room needed to be refurbished.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Thank you, Olivia, at the front desk for being so welcoming. Also, the staff at check-out were super friendly. I would visit again for the customer service alone. I'd recommend this property for the location as well!
Negatives:
The rooms could use some updating. Once a refresher is done, it would be worthy of 5 stars. Especially the room we stayed in with the amazing balcony.
