Positives:
Location was superb. The entire staff were kind, willing to help, and highly professional. Overall decor was beautiful, particularly the lobby. Bathroom was excellent as were the provided toiletries. Housekeeping is top-notch. Mattresses were heavenly.
Negatives:
View was subpar compared to other standard rooms in the Bonvoy system I've been to. Room felt under-furnished for the space provided and could do with better lighting. Hotel minibar feels aspirational.

It was listed as a 4.5 star hotel and felt like a 3. There were was minor destruction all over the room & smelt smoky. It was incredibly dated. Even things as simple as the elevator doors were disgustingly dirty. The shower didnt really work very well.
