When I reached the lady at the reception treated me poorly with disrespect. She informed me to wait till 4pm for my room while for other colleagues she gave them the room immediately.
Also the keep attempting to withdraw extra money from my visa till today

My stay at the Mayflower Hotel was truly disappointing. Not only was I charged double the expected amount, but the receptionists were unhelpful and unsupportive throughout the ordeal. The lackluster cleaning and the subpar room conditions did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel based on my unfortunate experience.

Room was very dark, gloomy and dated. Bar, while good when open, closed every day between 2 and 3.30. Seemed odd and a bit of a nuisance as that was when we often returned after a long morning
