The personnel on the 5th floor was very accommodating. Acting quickly on requests.

A request for a repair of a missing channel on the TV was not heeded even after three days, after the request. As a returning guest since the days Kimpton owned it, I am less excited about the current owner, It's not a 4.5 hotel anymore.

Elevator were very small and slow. The air in the rooms was not upto par. Had to switch rooms because air was not working then the same in the new room

There was no water one day.
When we checked in we asked if we could pay for an upgrade to a room with a better view. The desk clerk said that was not possible and our room looked out in a parking lot. Later, a different clerk let us move

How close to public transportation and the short walk to the Metro and bus stop. No need to have a car.

I was charged a ?Destination Fee of $34.79 per day upon arrival at the hotel. Big deal a glass of wine or beer a small discount on food. 1 bartender and 1 server. We ( 3 ) left after 15 minutes of no acknowledgement we left and went elsewhere.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached has really good drinks.

The service for the restaurant could be faster. The hot tub couldve been cleaner and the hot water was off widen I checked in and no one let me know before arriving.

The nicest thing j can say is that at least they arent using single use plastics for all of their toiletries.

This place was mediocre at best. Ive stayed in hostels that were nicer. For yeh start rating I expected a lot more.

Decor was nice, when I did interact with staff they were pleasant and helpful but didn't always follow through with the request.

The rooms were considerably smaller than anticipated. There was yet another hidden fee of $30/day for in-room coffee, tea, water and other very extraneous and unnecessary offerings. AC didn't work; hot water was non-existent

We had issues we the jacuzzi, didnt drain,not a new issues with the drainage system . However, maintenance personnel responded quickly when we called to fix it.
