I like the most the hotel location, it was walking distance to my office and the value comparing to other hotels around.
the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby vibes weren't as expected.
Also, I have received complimentary vouchers for use in the restaurant downstairs but actually it was useless as we have to pay the taxes of the invoice, at the end the cost will be more that any other option in the next door restaurants/coffeeshops.

The building is nice with nice finishes. The room was ample in size, bigger than expected. The location is well-situated among the monuments and entertainment districts of the city.
Negatives:
The service was atrocious. From the doorman/usher to the front desk--the entire 2-night stay. Completely understaffed, with one employee for each even during peak hours, they were incapable of tending to the normal flow of guests with questions/need for help. It took long to get their attention in person (and they never answered the phone), and when you had their attention, it seemed as if you were burdening them for asking for simple things (e.g., for valet to bring up your car). By far this was subpar service for the nominal quality of the hotel, and severely impacted the value for the price of the hotel.

Toilet stayed broken wouldn't fill up - had to flush with bucket. The "engineer" came in multiple times and emerged with "everything is ok, I did not see a problem". Maybe he new a trick to operate it, but he did not share it
