The bar and the decoration at the lobby, maintenance was proper, reception personal was nice but didn’t have the real answer because when we asked why they charge the Credit card for $100 for parking when they said before it was $60. They said it was in case anything happened and still they keep the “in case Anything happened money “
Negatives:
Carpets were dirty stain , Overpriced, a lot of hidden fees and they did not respect the price offered by booking , original price was not disclosed when asked they said it was a hold in case they need it but they did not returned it even the facility was left in good conditions, the view in our room couldn’t be worst and probably all the floors above us were watching at the garbage dumpsters. Very disappointed . Rooms were way smaller than you can think bathroom and closet as well , pool was nice but small too.
