Positives:
The location is great for getting around to see the sights. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro. We also walked to The White House. It’s an easy walk to Georgetown too. The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly.

Nightly rates are overpriced and I hated the valet only parking. Also, booking.com did not mention the $300 worth of incidentals that gets charged to your card at check in. Also, my tv didn't work initially but someone came up and fixed it as soon as I reported it.

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge with a good working/chill area and sofa. Huge bathroom with good amenities. Used the pool as well which I luckily had all to myself, didn't use the gym but it look very well equipped, spacious and relatively quiet. Lovely view onto the river as well. Good location too, lots of great places to visit nearby and super easy to get ubers to visit other areas in DC.
Negatives:
I had a noisy neighbour for one of the nights, the hotel did offer me a different room but I had already unpacked and found that the noisy neighbour was only going to be there for one night so decided not to. Not the hotel's fault, just something that happened.

The lobby and bathrooms were gorgeous. I loved the lighting and large mirrors.
Negatives:
Did not receive extra towels when requested. Coffee machine in room had spoiled rotten creamers I almost drank. The room had a massive dirty brown/red stain under the window. The beds did not have fitted sheets, only one flat sheet tucked under the mattresses. The Whiskey Bar staff ignored me when I came to happy hour so I left. The rooftop bar had a disrespectful staff member who would not left me take a photo with the view.
