Our room was dirty when we got there. The linen was clearly not changed from the previous people who had stayed before us as there was a horrible looking coffee stain on bed. There was dust on the side tables.

My room had broken AC that had to be fixed at 9pm, empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and broken electrical sockets that meant waking up late to a dead phone. For the price I paid for the room, I expected basics like this not to be an issue.

Positives:
Our room was located on the 8th floor and featured two comfortable beds. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. Additionally, we enjoyed a wonderful view of the hotel’s front entrance.
Negatives:
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more snack options for families traveling with kids and teenagers. Having small Haagen Daz ice cream treats available for sale would be a great addition, as it can be quite inconvenient to purchase ice cream from the kitchen and receive just two small spoons for nearly $10.
