Rooms are nice and clean. 24hr reception and staff were friendly and helpful.

If you stay on one particular side of the hotel, it backs onto an alley with early morning (very noisy) bin collection, and also some random alarm that sounded about every 20mins through the night. This was very disturbing.
In top of the fees you already pay, on checkin, it’s and extra $30 per night for amenities (such as the pool). Surely that’s included in the price?? Was a pretty strange fee if you ask me! And it’s not like you can opt out and not use the pool! Anyway, just be aware!!!

Positives:
Staff was great! Really nice and helpful. (except the bar downstairs, outside. They were rude...maybe had a hard day.) Pool bar staff was good. Front desk was AWESOME.

A loud banging all night from an unknown place in the hotel above us. Very strange. But the front desk did discount our stay and were very kind but the banging never stopped. It was NOT nice. (Especially if you have jet lag from arriving from the EU.)
