This beautiful hotel combines hip urban style with luxury and I loved staying there! The location is fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were so upbeat and happy that it made me smile!

In room refrigerator didn’t work, but I’m sure if I had called the front desk, they would have taken care of it. Wasn’t that important to me!

Rooms are nice and clean. 24hr reception and staff were friendly and helpful.

If you stay on one particular side of the hotel, it backs onto an alley with early morning (very noisy) bin collection, and also some random alarm that sounded about every 20mins through the night. This was very disturbing.
In top of the fees you already pay, on checkin, it’s and extra $30 per night for amenities (such as the pool). Surely that’s included in the price?? Was a pretty strange fee if you ask me! And it’s not like you can opt out and not use the pool! Anyway, just be aware!!!
