The rooms are unique and beautiful. The rooms are definetely a luxury experience. The location is also very good for shopping in the DC Center.
Negatives:
It is not possible to enjoy common areas of the hotel. The hotel lobby is more of a turistic restaurant than a lobby that the guest can enjoy. For the price I would have expected more hotel amenities.

Negatives:
When we arrived we noticed a low floor just above the entrance door, means absolutely no view and very noicely. We booked 2 premium king room.
We asked to change and it was told to us : "today not possible but tomorrow i.e. 22/
sure we do it ". We left our luggages iin the room unpacked to help.
When back in the evening nothing was made and i asked informations about this changing.
It was 4.30pm.
At 6 .30 pm no news, means no possibilities to take a shower, to unpack .. so i went down and ask for.
Answer from Mr Collins : no information to give you just you have to wait. At 6.30pm it had no sense. So i asked to Mr Colllins to do something and to maintain what was promissed the day before.
At this time Mr Collins became very agressiv and i prefer not mention what he told but he went out of the counter and withdraw me to fire me out of the hotel, being physically threatening. I answered i would call the police and finally somebody Jade came to calm down the discussion.
