Negatives: Our AC was broke it took them until 3am to finally put us somewhere else it was pretty dirty honestly including the bathroom

Negatives: Extremely loud music outside the rooms on saturday Bathroom suffers from bad design. Looks over functionality Total lack of sound insulation by the windows

Negatives: - Too much noise inside the room coming from outdoors AC system - had to sleep with noise cancelling headsets on. On Saturday night, loud music coming in from a party outside too. - The sink in the bathroom stood too high and with had a very large border, so we couldn't use it without getting everything covered in water. - The deposit policy is not properly specified on Booking.com so we got charged an extra $50/night with a refund policy up to 10 woking days. Not cool.

Negatives: The name it’s too long. Especially after a beer. It is IHG, yours truly or the vignette collection? Shower wasn’t very powerful but was warm.

Negatives: Small thing....Very cold air conditioning in lobby/bar.

Negatives: I really hate that they dont have irons in the room. There is a clothes steamer but it takes ages to steam all my clothes and does not remove all the wrinkles. Small thing but please just replace with irons !

Negatives: the air conditionner is too cool in the breakfast room

Negatives: Nothing to dislike.

Negatives: Only option is valet and some of the valet staff sit out from smoking pot

Negatives: The check in was a mess. There was confusion about what was included in the price, the deposit, local taxes etc. While that's never an issue booking through this site. They made it unnecessarily complex. And the room wasn't ready and we had to go on a waiting list. Then 10 seconds later it was ready and we could jump the line while others were still waiting? It was all very confusing. Same when asking for transport to the airport. The frontdesk person could only tell us that we had to get a cab or Uber but was no more helpful than that. Also, apparently we got a $15 voucher each day to spend in the hotel bar. Sounded generous. Until we ordered a bottle of still water to take up to the room on the first evening. It turned out to be $12! So basically all you get is a complimentary bottle of water. And it turned out there was a water tap down the hallway from the room. No one bothered to mention this. With regards to the room: the shower kept on dripping and the button of the toilet was stuck. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom or a window to open, so the whole room was steamy after showering. These all small things and it was fine for 2 nights, but just annoying and not as expected based on the price. And most definitely not a 5 star hotel!
