Perfect place when in DC....
Positives:
I love the aesthetic and the decor. Each floor has an ice machine, water and sparkling water station. They give you credit for the bar, which is very spacious.
Negatives:
I did not like the bathrooms and how it was set up. There is no place for you to place your body wash, the shower head does not move, and the shower has an open concept resulting in water splashing everywhere

There is no communication worthwhile between booking agency and hotel or within the hotel itself
Even after being charged for breakfast and resort fee , the breakfast place denied it and said they have no information - even though the front desk is 10 feet away, they refused to verify it
After i checked out today , the hotel has charged another 60 dollars towards resort fee - even though it has already been paid - i am considering approaching an appropriate forum to redress this issue
The room allotted to me also seems to have been an under repair room , it didnt have any floor covering, with bare cracked and stained concrete floor

Unprofessional unethical property - Avoid
Positives:
Fantastic location, conveniently close to all the famous landmarks. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.
Negatives:
The only issue I noticed was that the hotel was quite busy, so check-in took a bit longer than expected. However, we did find someone’s hair left in the bathroom, indicating it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Too many rooms for a few staff members to clean, which I think was the reason for checkin delays.

Noise, noise everywhere. The music from the bar downstairs, the traffic in the street, the utility area in the back, the old a/c machines in the rooms.

Shower pressure and the fact they market themselves as a hangout spot yet are relatively restrictive on how you can sit/use the main areas. We recognize it’s a restaurant but there should at least be areas designated to guest which are not included in the restaurant.

Loud parties at night from the lounge/bar could be heard in the rooms especially if you’re on a lower floor. You can feel the vibrations. Water pressure terrible. A stream of water. Items were not replenished.TV flickered constantly.
