It was nearby the wedding venue that I traveled for and the price was a reasonable rate for what I assumed was a mid end hotel. The staff was really nice and I really appreciated every member of staff that I interacted with.

The entrance to the building was roped off the entire stay, the alternate entrance by the stairs was covered in dog poop and smelt horrible, the room was in shambles from burn marks and stains on the bathroom counter and mirror, to paint chipping on the bathtub that had been painted over many times, the kitchen was rusting so bad that I didn't want to touch anything. Complimentary breakfast was your choice in an apple nutrigrain bar or a mini blueberry muffin and cheap burnt coffee

The staff. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. The maids were judgemental and talking about guest personal life. The front desk was just rude. The night staff was very friendly though. My daughter was made to sit outside with our belongings in the room until the confirmation came through. There were threats to kick us out several times. Also our room was rented out while we were in it. The room should not be available until after 11. Now we have to move. It doesn't help that we feel unwelcome here. So unfortunate.
