I couldn't use the hotel wifi for work. The front desk just gave a phone number to call to get a password. I didn't like they couldn't get this resolve for me and instead I spent 1 hour of my time on the phone with no success.

Nobody informed us that breakfast is till 9 am. After long drive and work we woke up little after 8. Went downstairs at 9.30 and they told us breakfast was over 30 min ago. Front desk was not friendly and never informed us about this.
