The hotel was clean, but Monique/ Monica, I can't remember her name was super nice and friendly and helpful. Also the managers assistant was great he was very attentive to the guest. The cleaning crew I wish I would have paid attention to their names was also great. I needed anything I could ask, and she would go get it for me. Now for anyone who is looking in the summer for a cheaper stay but still wants to head to the parks 23 minutes away from Universal and 40 minutes from Disney. The hotel is in a good location with a lot of places to grab food and shop. The breakfast is not big but they do change it up which is nice.
Negatives:
When I checked in, I was notified that they were cleaning the carpets in the hotel. Since I was traveling with two small pets and my kids, I had to cancel my plans for the next day. Just so I could stay with my dogs while they were cleaning the carpet.
