Restaurant and bar was pretty good.
Rooms were comfortable and spacious.
Negatives:
We had to move rooms cos the first one had a strong smell of weed coming through the vents in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful but bear in mind this is a non smoking hotel. Second room was smaller and smelled odd, like a drain smell. By this time it was about half ten so we just put up with it has we’re only staying one night. Staff were great - this is not a criticism of them. We understand the rooms would soon be remodelled. This hotel is about 20 mins drive from the beach.

If they had one more cook at breakfast time. Plus they forgot to send up some blankets since we only had a small sheet on the sofa bed. Also I must say that sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it only had the pillows from the sofa. I forgot the safety latch on the door was broken.

Location and room sizes are terrific.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, this property is in need of major renovation. Upon arriving after a long day of travel, the carpets in the room were stained, there was dog hair on the bedding and overall dirty. Time to close this place down and redo everything.

The bathroom ceiling tile came down, and we couldn't shower. Place needs to be remodeled. The mattress is old, and the pillows are gone. The carpet in the room had holes. Furniture needs to be updated. The chairs in the reception need to be clean or reupholstering.
