I had no likes about this property. This was one of my worst stays. However the staff did a good job on making us feel welcomed

The entire property seems to need renovations. Front desk told us that water will be turning off at 10am. If I had known before booking I would not have considered this location.

The room/entire floor was renovated that was nice. We like this hotel and stay every year.

The tv wasn’t working well. The remote had trouble connecting and the tv was very slow to respond to the remote.

We love this hotel as...
Positives:
The smart tv system. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.
Negatives:
The elevator was slow and struggled. And the other elevator was being repaired. I'm 6 feet tall and the same height as the shower head. Also the water pressure could be a bit stronger to where when I turned the shower head up more, the water curved to where I had to be directly under it.

Kyle at the front desk was great. Friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast options were good. Staff was also very nice.
Negatives:
The interior was outdated and dingy. Pool was clean but disorderly. Chairs were scattered everywhere and there was debris from trees on the deck.

Overall, my stay was good. I had a bad encounter with a male staff member by phone on Monday night around 9:15pm. He was rude and rushed me off phone without answering my question. Other staff were at hotel were wonderful and pleasant. The mattress was awesome
