1st morning, (5:30 am) the smoke detectors went off on the property, I called front desk to find out if false alarm, was put on hold until I decided to leave my room - it was a false alarm. 2nd day same thing happened (4:00 am) but the alarm was reset fairly quickly. upon returning to my room on 3rd day - found that someone (not housekeeping service) had entered my room and pulled out the drawer of nightstand, (looking for something they must have stashed there I assumed) then threw drawer on the floor, phone was off hook and turned sideways on stand. Manager was concerned at the time I showed him the room and was going to investigate the key entry log but never heard back from him. Nothing of mine was taken but unfortunately will not be returning here to stay anymore.

Staff (Molly) was friendly and helpful at check in, always like staying here - location is quiet and easy access, rooms are good overall and clean. Bed is comortable and bathroom facilities good.
Negatives:
lighting in the room could be a little better in areas (dark areas), would be nice to have a microwave in room, fridge should be placed up on top of cabinet (for better ventilation and easier access to use). I would suggest to reconstruct that area with open built-in shelves/counter top to better utilize for fridge, micro, coffee, ice bucket station etc... I noticed more towels placed outside of rooms in hallway, leaving it somewhat unsanitary and visually unappealing. Maybe you could use some sort of a closed bin that guests could place dirty towels inside, then put outside the room for pickup?

very comfortable staff was nice...
Positives:
The location was perfect for my needs. I had a conference nearby and wanted to save a little by walking a short distance. I also had to work from the room some, and that setup was ideal; the Wi-Fi worked great, and I loved the little loveseat! Although I didn't try it, the neighboring steakhouse smelled amazing, and there's a Seasons 52 also next door; I know this chain, and it's excellent!
Negatives:
I was disappointed that the pool was closed, I would have liked to have known before so I could consider other options. Even though I was in town for work, when in sunny Florida one likes to take a dip!

The cleanliness was fine. Problem was there was literally drunk patrons and signs of drug use from travelers that didn’t fit the criteria. I thought it was a business hotel? Had to leave early. Was a complete ghetto mess. There were several times I felt my life in danger. I will never stay there again. BUT! The staff was wonderful nice and patient! But yeah it was trashy
