Tub/shower did not drain. After 3 mins in shower, standing in ankle deep water. Loud cleaning staff in hallways - having conversations with one another from either end of hallway.

I was not happy about the pool being closed. I have found multiple bugs in my bathroom throughout my stay parking lot was messy. Trash was overflowing in the parking lot for two nights until it finally got emptied.

Positives:
the hotel has great location but none of the amenities listed were available. However, restaurants in walking distance were super crowded had a wait list just to sit at the bar. and so expensive. Did not clean my room once in 5 days even after I ask.
Negatives:
The pool wasn't working, only one elevator for the whole complex, no restaurant and no bar. Only one person working front desk so the line was crazy to do anything. Restaurants around the hotel are extremely expensive and super overcrowded.
