The hotel and my room was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Great sized TV, microwave was clean and worked as did the fridge. The staff very helpful. When I reserved the room I asked for a fan. It was in the room just waiting for me.

My only complaint is there was no hot water for all 4 days i was there. I had to shower and shave using pretty cold water. The front desk said they didn't know why there was no hot water and it was throughout the property on every floor.

Positives:
The property is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and always smiling. The room was immaculate and spacious.
Negatives:
Being a eco-friendly hotel is a good thing. However the showerhead reducer made the show pressure very low. Showers did take longer because of this. Is it really saving water at that point?
