The system went down and they couldn’t check us into a room for 45 minutes. Then the agent Anthony checked in some one that just walked up instead up those that had been waiting then the system went down again and we had to wait again. When approached Anthony was snarky with a disagreeable sarcastic attitude. He needs to be reminded that you do not try to out talk or argue with an I’m Superior attitude with a paying returning guest
