Sadly there were a number of VERY loud, rude, low class, ignorant guests right next to my room and they insisted on spending lots of time well into the late night standing outside their room yelling and making lots of noise and letting their small children run around unsupervised making noise and BANGING on the doors of other guests including myself!
This made it impossible for me to get any sleep for most of my 7 nights there even though I was staying there for work and I had to get up for work at 3 in the morning!!
When I told the staff about this nonsense they did not do enough to stop it and make sure it didn't continue each month afterwards!!
These VERY DEGENERATE guests made me fear for my safety and kept me awake almost every night I was there!
This Hotel staff MUST do a MUCH better job of screening their guests and quickly removing guests that are creating a danger and a GREAT disturbance for other guests!!!

Awesome stay had a great...

The overall cost is the reason why we choose to stay here but not to be treated like a second rate citizen. The front desk staff is always a pleasure the cleaning company or the creating crew need to work on their manners and maybe learn a little English it is necessary to communicate the simple things.
Negatives:
We are accused of something we did not do. It was something about our dogs disturbing people with barking and it turned out to be someone before us and a manager reprimanded my wife to the point of tears. Then the last night my wife is in the car using our Wi-Fi because the Wi-Fi here is non-existent and someone came to the window asking if we stayed there scaring the heck out of her a man with tattoos on his face and not dressed appropriate. Turns out it was a friend of the staff doing doing some kind of security rounds. I suggested they wear some kind of identification to put people at ease before confronting them. We requested a pool side room only to have no pool until the last two days of a 15-day stay. Something about a hurricane?? We also got charged 25% of our deposit for a dirty sheets that weren't changed the entire time we were there. So you admit to letting your guests sleep on dirty streets.
Things the hotel needs to work on getting the pool up and running, the bathroom sink do not have any pressure if one had to do dishes we had to do it in the shower. The microwave is rusted,And the AC unit did not put out its full of potential,Wi-Fi working as advertised, work on house keepings coverall attitude and communication skills, replace the barbecue grill it's all rusted out, and if you have security have them uniformed and maybe properly trained.

Staff friendly and attentive. Place was cleaned daily by staff. The price cannot be beat.
Negatives:
1) Had an encounter with a lady begging for money who was staying here. Made the property feel shabby and potentially unsafe.
2) the bathroom door has a large dent/crack in it which is not pleasant to look at
3) walls are so thin the person next doors alarm went off for 30 mins straight at 5am every morning and disturbed our sleep
