Positives: Horrible experience did not even sleep in the room I slept in my car. Absolutely terrible.

Negatives: The room was disgustingly filthy. Blood on the floor. Refrigerator was so disgusting in the outside I was scared to open it. Bathroom was disgusting and toilet did not work. Bugs in the corners. Just terrible!
