There was really good shower pressure and temp.

Hard to find at night even with GPS brought us to another hotel. Once we got to the right one the room was not very clean there were rose petals on the floor under couch and in bathroom. Couch was also uh, gross.

THE ROOM KEYS NEVER WORK, 2-3 MINUTES TO GET IT TO OPEN THE DOOR TO YOUR ROOM AND THE SIDE ENTRY DOORS. HAD THEM REPROGRAMED AND SAME PROBLEM.

Clean carpet in the room, no weird smells, location was excellent Friendly staff. Good breakfast offering.

The elevator was clearly in need of upgrade and cleaning. Definitely gave me concerns of what the room would look like.

This was no where close to an 8 rating as far as what the rating indicate. Rooms were large, but house keeping left a lot to be desired. The smell of marijuana was pervasive as soon as you walked off the elevator on our floor.

We were group of 3 families traveling together. In the morning of checking out requested for late check out; the staff on the desk bluntly said she can consider until 11:30AM even though requested until 12:00PM; without any explanation why she wont be.
