Negatives: It's says free breakfast but it should also day that you will be forced to eat it in dining room and that there is someone blocking the door so you can't leave. We wanted to take our breakfast and eat it in the room and they wouldn't let us. The next day we ate in the dining room but there was no more juice when we got there and they were closing down the breakfast area so we decided to eat the rest of our waffles in the room because we had juice there. The breakfast lady chased us out of the building screaming at us the whole way and into the parking lot and told us we weren't allowed to come back for breakfast. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a business. She also said we were going to be charged for taking what was left of our waffles out of the dining area. I don't appreciate being told where I can eat my food. They even block the fire exit in the dining area with stools and high chairs to make sure nobody can leave with their breakfast and then they move the stools after it's over. Also they made everybody that was in the pool get out and leave at nine o'clock because that's when they close. That's really early and they could have at least let the the people who were already in the pool finish.

Negatives: The pool and hot tub were decent but they made us and a family with a bunch of kids who were playing in the pool get out at 9 o'clock because they were closing the pool. That's their usual closing time apparently, but I thought it was pretty rude to make people that were already there get out of the water and leave and they were not even nice about it. They offer a free continental breakfast and my husband and I went to get breakfast and were going to go back to our room and eat but they wouldn't let us leave with our food and said we had to eat it in the dining area even though it was on paper plates so we had to sit there and eat. There was a lady blocking off the exit to the breakfast area so no one could take their breakfast back to their rooms and even had the fire exit blocked off with stools and high chairs so no one could go out that door. I felt lIke I was in jail. The next morning we went to breakfast again and it was pretty crowded and I was experiencing anxiety (I have ptsd and lupus). My service dog was in the room. We were about half way through with our waffles and I couldn't take it anymore so we decided to finish our waffles in the room before I had a panic attack. We went out the door with what was left of our waffles and the breakfast Nazi chased us out the door all the way to our vehicle (we drove because it was far from our room and I have difficulty walking long distances). She screamed at us and told us we couldn't come back for breakfast anymore and that they were going to charge us (for what, the free waffles? the paper plate and plastic fork? a fine for taking our waffles to the room?). The lady was extremely rude and by the time we got to our room I was so upset I couldn't finish my food anyway. The place is a mess because housekeeping is only once a week so there are piles of garbage in the hallways and the biggest roaches I have ever seen.

Negatives: The shower/bathtub was rusted and the water did not drain properly. While they advertised free wifi it never came close to working. The AC was very noisy and did not function properly. One of the three towels that were provided to us was stained and it was not clear if it was from the rust on the towel bar or something else… All in all it’s ok if you intend to stay one night and leave while using as little of the facilities as possible, but I would not recommend it for a prolonged family stay.

Negatives: Carpet had a bad smell, the small fridge didn't cool enough(didn't have a freezer part) housekeeping was provided every 3rd day of your stay even thought there was a sign on the mirror that said housekeeping was provided upon request. Beds were full sized beds. I thought they were queen sized. On their website it says cribs are provided but there weren't any. Breakfast was dine in only, couldn't take it back to your room. Could have had a bit more of breakfast options like oatmeal, and different fruits (instead of just apples everyday)

Negatives: Outside room had bugs.

Negatives: The hall going towards the room was to dirty and around mid-night there was a lot of noise outside. Not sure where it was coming from. Loid taling and yelling

Negatives: The policy of the hotel not to make the room every day is bad, people go in vacation no to make the bed

Negatives: Grounds and building are really beat. Not much upkeep being done. Price was a tad to high for what you get. Breakfast could have more to chose from seeing how they are charging a resort fee on top of the (tad to high price). When I checked in they put me down on the far end of the building, when I did request pool view, I was put with people that are living there. No I don't think so. Went back and got moved.

Negatives: Roaches! Room#185. Reported it to staff and they handed us a can of HOTSHOT! Told us that someone would come and spray. No one came in the two night that we were there.
