I went to the hotel that night, in the parking were people drinking alcohol, when I step the door stinks cigarettes, , I told to the attendant, location wasnt what I expected , because wad late and I was tired I did the check in and I went to the room b

But when I opened the door smells men lotion so for me was enough and left the hotel, the worst experience ever I even gave a complaint because the only thing I what was leave, I was with my daughter so I didnt want exposed her

The fact that the front desk asked about my experience and was sympathetic. They stated that they have been trying to get the night clerk that was on duty when I checked in fired, and asked about my experience.
Negatives:
This was the most horrible experience Ive ever had at a hotel. The first room they put me in had no linen, the second was deadbolt locked. It took me almost an hour to check in..The floor in the room was dirty and the towels had someone elses hair

I love the coffee that they have out every morning I also like how updated all the rooms are they're very nice only set up and updated I love the fact that they are a pet friendly and very clean
