Breakfast was great. It was good that it changed every morning. The waffle maker was awesome.
Negatives:
Accessing the reception/ lobby was difficult if you didn't know the layout of the property. Immediate access from the service road takes you to the parking lot but to reach the lobby you would have to know to drive all the way around. After a 16 hour drive, that little aggravation was stressful. Also, we had to extend our stay but that was not communicated properly to the housekeeping nor was the room key re-programmed properly, resulting in a bit of confusion with the maid service and, an inability to get back in to our room.

Positives:
The layout of the rooms, the tile entry, having a kitchen. Mostly clean lobby, rooms, elevator, hallways. Friendly staff, PLUS to the fact that they all are able to speak English and comprehend it. Breakfast was ok.
Negatives:
Laundry rooms on all floor washers were dirty, laundry room itself smelled. Hokey team kids that occupied 70% of the hotel were extremely noisy, playing ball in the hallways late at night unsupervised, running around bamming and shaking room doors.

Had ants in my bed and in couch and had to change rooms at 9 pm. Should have some compensation. Also breakfast scrambled eggs are always to over cooked and no potatoes with breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty bad...cant say I was impressed. I was very disappointed when getting up at 4AM to rush off to the airport and finding no coffee made in the lobby when I left. I guess I could have ran back to my room to make a crappy cup but was truly expecting a fresh brewed pot of coffee to be available 24/7.
