The hotel is beautiful and excellent location.
Negatives:
The hotel cleaning staff make a lot of noise since 6am. I can heard all the noise cleaning other rooms.

Check-in is from 4 PM of the day of arrival. I attempted to check in at 5:05 PM Eastern time. The thesis hotel representative told me there are no rooms available for my reservation. She also had no estimated time for which a room would be made available.

Hotel staff very unprofessional. There were many people waiting for a room that has been confirmed through reservations is unprofessional. the customer service was terrible because as the whole lobby full of ppl waiting on a room. No comps or upgrades

They're missing the mark on great customer service. I felt like a burden to everyone I spoke with. They overcharged me on breakfast, it was supposed to be included with their voucher.

BE AWARE there is a $25 amenity fee PER NIGHT will be charged from the deposit. Not acceptable at all, this fee should be listed upfront. Customer service is arrogant, the servers should go across the road and take a Hospitality Management class at UMiami
