Staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice and clean. Gym is adequate, pool area is really nice. Housekeeping is very helpful as is the valet guys. Location is perfect if you have an even at the university of Miami, it is less than a 10 minute walk away

Rooms are on the small side, no mini fridge in the room or a dresser so you will be picking things out of your suitcase during your stay

The hotel was good in general but they charged my credit card more than the final bill that they printed for me. I contacted them twice for them to correct the overcharge and never responded.
My full impression is not terrible because of this

They overcharged my credit card. At check out, I asked for the final bill and they said “not to worry, since they would charge my card”. They actually charged $40 dollars extra compared to the final bill they printed for me.
