Super 8 by Wyndham Crestview

Negatives: Wifi service is very weak and unstable, and only provides Roku. other streamers are offered, but I did not want ny credentials saved in their TV. A non-tech savvy person would have a very hard time because the signal kept dropping ..they need wifi extenders or actual direct cable hookup with wifi. I would suggest a welcome screen with basic info on their system and what to expect . The room itself was marked non-smoking, but clearly was a smoking room, which aggravated my asthma..but since facility was pretty much full, I was exhausted from evacuatng from a hurricane. I originally requested a ground floor since I am 75 yrs young, and was told one would be held, but later was told all ground floor rooms were gone, so was stuck navigating the stairs and my vehicle being a distance from the room. I stuck it out and ended up staying 5 days due to having pets with me and no power at home.

Negatives: Pretty dirty and run down, could use new linens, bedding and fingerprints washed off doors. think some people live there fulltime, noisy in parking area at all times of night, could hear jets from base and ambulances and cop sirens several times a night.

Negatives: I had 9 pets so the pet fee was more expensive than the room. I would have appreciated a discount after checkout based on how I left the room after my stay.

Negatives: The description of rooms was incorrect...no bathroom amenities, no coffee maker, no cups or glassware. Beds had no blankets. They did however have roaches. I realize they were overwhelmed with hurricane evacuees but the woman at the counter was rude and had difficulty communicating.

Negatives: There was a lot of shady people that live there. No breakfast, no coffee at least not in our room or the lobby. Our room was full of mold and the hair dryer did not work, the bathroom door did not close it just had the door knob. People were outside arguing about money and drugs. We were suppose to stay here in November but we canceled and moved our reservation to another hotel. Overall choose another place to stay

Negatives: There were a few hairs throughout the bathroom, and the TV didn’t work.

Negatives: Run down facilities. No coffee maker, no cups. Rusty refrigerator. When I arrived for the 2pm checkin, Lobby door was locked. Manager came out and said checkin was 3pm. Door lock was broken. Door chain lock was broken. Black mold on bathroom ceiling. Toilet paper roll had blood on it, and was Apparently dried from being in the toilet. No kleenex, or extra Toilet paper. Multiple burn holes on the blanket. Did not get the room we had reserved, And settled for 2 double beds, instead Of the king-size I reserved. Lobby was always locked, had to return the keys thru the night window. Couldn't refuse the room without paying Full price. This hotel should be a disgrace to the super 8 chain, and should be shut down By the local health department. I can't believe this place is endorsed by Booking.com.

Negatives: I would not have this location on your app. The room was full of mold. Black mold in bathroom with ceiling peeling and falling. Painted over mold in the sleeping area with the stain bleeding back through. The a/c unit was full of mold. The small fridge door was covered with mold. When my husband approached the front desk to request a different room the attendant said they had sprayed the room with bleach. My husband showed him the pictures of the room and he could only state the room had been sprayed down with bleach. After being in the room only 5 minutes you could feel the compromise a stay in this room would present. We went to Econlodge and paid same price for a room with no mold issues. Please remove this location from your listings as it is a reflection of your company. Have requested a refund for this is not what I expect of a company who is in the service industry.
