Negatives:
Floor was filthy. Shelf to hang clothes was falling off wall. No washcloths. Hairdryer didn't work. Back of tv remote wouldn't stay on. No manager on duty. Addressed with girl at front desk, she didn't care and made excuses. Plus she had her small child at work. We asked other people about their rooms. They were only staying because they couldn't find another room available.

Positives:
He tried to charge me for another room after I payed for a room that I didn’t even book. I have the correct booking from a month before our stay and they messed up and had me pay for something I didn’t even want and then told me they couldn’t refund me and I had to pay for another whole room. They offer breakfast and coffee on their webpage but the front office is so packed with boxes you can’t sit anywhere they have the chairs stacked up and the coffee bar was empty. No breakfast at all. They offer free WiFi but you not if you’re in the office. You can’t use it in any of the rooms. So much false advertising and lies about this place. It was a complete joke!
Negatives:
It smelled like smoke bad and we were in a non smoking room. The people were sketchy and the front desk guy was really rude and then talked about me to another customer and the customer came to my husband afterwards and told us what the guy said. Completely unprofessional!

Advertised free breakfast. None. No coffee. Hot water ran in the tub all night.. Turned up the room temperature and the floor got all wet.
