The rooms were wonderful. Large bathrooms, comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk agent Clerk: KSS. I don't recall getting his name, but he was very nice. Having breakfast included was a nice touch to our last-minute booking.

The sofa bed was horrible. My partner woke up with horrible back pain. He said it was like sleeping on paper or the floor.

The location of the property was okay. Some of the staff members were very helpful in ensuring that you had a great stay. The food was delicious!

The room was reserved for 2 adults at a price of $137 per night for May09 thru May11,2024, in April 23,2024. When I checked in, I was billed $199 for the second night. The second day of my stay, I checked their website for May 10,2024, and the price was $147 for that day. I also checked the prices for the entire month of May and the price was between $114-$160 for the entire month. When I spoke with a staff member at the facility they claimed headquarters make the prices. When I spoke with someone at headquarters they said, Booking.Com didn’t secure the $137 cost of the room for the second night. Booking.Com was not the one that booked this room online, I did. If, I wanted to pay $200 per night, I would’ve stayed by the beach! I chose this facility because of the pricing. When I booked this room, I totally forgot that I had a membership with Marriott. I have spoken to Booking.Com about the pricing, and they refused to allow me to speak with one of there managers. They either hang the phone up me or kept me on hold for an hour. I’ve been mistreated unfairly from Marriott and Booking.Com. And, I will be terminating my membership because of the unfairness, lies, distrust, and there was no resolution.
