It’s close to many restaurants and entertainment.

During our first night at the hotel, we were alarmed to find a few cockroaches scurrying around the room, as well as a dried-out date fruit in the corner. It was around 2 am, and instead of waking the kids, we decided to report the issue first thing in the morning. The front desk provided me with a card and a contact email to address our concerns. Later that morning, they sent someone with an insect spray can to address the issue, assuring us that the roaches mostly come in with people's luggage and that they maintain a high standard of cleanliness. They advised me to send an email, promising that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. However, to our disappointment, there was no communication afterward. Additionally to the overpriced stay, considering the state of our room, there was no resolution on their part—no room change, no cleaning, just a brief spray under the desk. It was an absolutely disappointing experience.
