I would stay there again...
Negatives:
I have been a loyal customer of Hyatt for years, always appreciating the exceptional service and comfort they provide. However, my recent stay was extremely disheartening and frustrating.
Upon arrival, the front desk person, Lavone, was incredibly rude to my fiancé and me. She misled us about the fees, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, Lavone's attitude only worsened. She even went out of her way to call our room with an even more hostile demeanor, further escalating the situation.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Hyatt that prides itself on customer service. It's deeply disappointing to have such a negative experience after years of loyalty. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure no other loyal customers have to endure such a horrible experience.
