Positives: The location is perfect as it is near to the shops which is great when you are overnighting and your time is limited. The breakfast offered a large variety to the guests, and the ability to have real coffee (Starbucks) was a bonus.

Negatives: I was in a room on the ground floor which smelt and there was noise outside throughout the night. The receptionist who "greeted" me was very short in her replies and not very welcoming.
