The $--- price and the Wing House bar and restaurant right next-door
Negatives:
The place looked more like a construction site than a hotel. The halls smelled like curry, and the "Hot" breakfast was a joke, but again at $--- for the night,..you get what you pay for!

The hotel was not clean, and the staff needed serious retraining. There is caution tape around trees in public areas. The rooms had mold on the ceilings. The pool was completely unmonitored with children fighting.

Upon arrival, the hotel did not match the images advertised. The floors felt sticky, the bathroom was unclean, the front door was difficult to close, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Additionally, we struggled to open the door with the key.

The bed and the shower was the only thing that was clean. They were the only thing that was a 2 star rate.
Negatives:
Only one ice machine in the whole place that worked and you had to go through their remodel area to get ice. A door would let you go out but wouldn't let you back in at all. When walking through the hall to go the room it smells like weed and cigarettes.

I cant believe they would not let me check in after booking a room for 2 nights weeks in advance. I worked my hole 8hr shift drive 7 hrs down from Myrtle Beach to Dayton got a flat tire then got to my hotel and was refused my room because it was too late

This was by far the worst stay I've ever had in any hotel I've stayed at. Noise levels in the room were like if the people were right in the room with you. This is a very very poor managed hotel, walls were tainted every where.

The receptionist was very rude to start with, the room was disgusting and they even had one the of the side entrance door boarded up. People came and went at all hours of the night making noise all night, curtains were broken in the room.

Smells in room. Carpet floors were filty. Need to replace all carpet with simulated wood floors. Some electric connections in room not working. No security bar on door. Building in horrible condition. Do not book this place. Staff was nice.

This place should be CLOSED! When I observed the worn, raggedy wicker chairs directly outside of the east lobby entrance,I felt that things weren't going to turn out well for me. There was loose tiles in the lobby, my room carpet had stains, it was AWFUL

Roaches in the room, fridge didnt work, no microwave, took two days to get fresh towels after first night, no trash can in the room. Juice machine at breakfast didnt work, outside doors propped open with a rock because the card device didnt work. Would be nice if they would get it together, great location . Was very cheap for rooms, now we know why.
