Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I have spoken to the the front desk (Terrance) who stated the manager is onsite but not available. Terrance provided the manager my cell number earlier today, but has not called me back.
I believe the manager is avoiding me. I also have confirmation/evidence from the front desk clerk (Terrance) that this property has experienced water intrusion, as a result of recent storms, and that there has been mold in the walls. In addition, there is restoration contractor onsite today, addressing the water intrusion. I have pictures.
I am requesting a full refund of all charges. The hotel admitted today of knowingly renting rooms that had water intrusion, mold and mildew to customers and there is no warning by them or Booking of these unacceptable life threatening conditions.
I expect Booking to facilitate this full refund, and to remove this hotel from the online availability, so that other patrons do not suffer the same horrible conditions.
This hotel should be condemned until such time that all mold is removed. I am contacting the Florida Attorney General and reporting this incident.
I look forward to Bookings immediate action in this regard.

Front entry way was filthy, guy at front desk didn’t know what he was doing, reserved a king suite and received a 2 full room, hallways smelled different every time we went to leave or return, roaches in bathroom, and no check out time was given so we asked and they said 11 but had someone knocking at our door at 1015 asking why we’re still in the room!
