Maintenance in my room on the second floor was lacking. Lights out etc. Also the air conditioner blows right on the bed so it's hard to maintain a consistent overnight temperature..

Was still under reconstruction from hurricanes, partial pool/patio closed and closed direct access to beach temporarily. But walk to beach access was no big deal.

Positives:
The Hampton was super clean - I mean spotless, thanks to a great staff! Breakfast was abundant, varied, great! The staff was the greatest! Some minor disruption from construction, but that should be finished by end of October/early November - but not a big deal. The Tikki bar was a great place for drinks and food - with great people behind the bar!!
Negatives:
The wi-fi connectivity was not great; had to log in every day, I suspect to motivate to go from free to 4.95/day. There could be a better policy regarding private music by the pool. Some guest thought it was great to set up their own loud music, disregarding other guests.

They charged me for my emotional support pet 85$ per 1 night. Too much. There is room with computers and printer but personal dont know how to print. Its really strange.
