This was a great location as far as being on the beach.
Negatives:
The hotel needs some upgrades. It was an extremely busy Holiday Weekend and there was only 2 working elevators on the south tower.

Disliked that the parking was across the street. The bathroom room tiles were cracked and afraid that if we were barefoot we would get injured. The room did not looked or smelled clean. Furniture looked terrible, did not use for my clothes.

The lines to get on the elevator was like waiting in line at Disney. Our room key pad battery died and locked us out of our room. $30 a day to park is more than I paid to rent the car!!

There no microwave in rooms. They give you a really small refrigerator. They do not have a balcony for a big hotel it is. And room was old and moldy.

We were surprised to discover that we had to pay an additional $40 per day for parking; that out of a bank of 4 elevators, only one was working. The refrigerator was a joke, as was the coffee maker.

Parking is the worst. The room was outdated. The a/c did not work. There were brown stains in tub, the bathroom floor looked dirty. The phone cord was broken so I had to hold it when using. The TV was old, very few channels. Not Hilton standards

2 elevators out of 4 worked during out two-night stay. That caused frustration among others as well. Not a fan of how marketing advertises the cost up front at a very low price then gets you with sales tax, resort fee, parking and amenity fees (required).

Hotel will need updated but prices will go up when that happens. The ground floor pool (the good one) ended up being closed for maintenance for the two days we were there- an unpleasant surprise for me and my kids.
