Negatives: Pool wasn’t available

Negatives: When I checked in at the hotel. I was notified that there was no pool or beach access. For what I paid for the room it would have been nice if something was post on the website about it.

Negatives: Breakfast can improve and add some more tea options. Location was perfect but the beach acccess was closed temporarily. Swimming pool also was closed temporarily.

Negatives: The distance to everything

Negatives: Datesd, damage in the rooms, cleanliness was poor.

Negatives: The pool is closed

Negatives: I feel like the hotel is very outdated and not worth the amount of money paid for the room. The pull out did not have a sheet and looked very old. The bathroom had a lot of rust in the shower and mirror. The carpet had a bad smell.

Negatives: We didn't know when we booked that there was no pool or beach access. Had we known, we would have booked a different hotel. The staff was inexperienced and not very helpful. My daughter left an item (beach towel) in the room when we checked out and the staff was not helpful in trying to locate the item left behind. They were less than enthusiastic and downright rude in certain instances after making several calls to locate the item. Elevators did not work properly all the time. Hallways were very narrow. Parking situation in hotel lot was not ideal and sometimes very challenging.

Negatives: The pool and beach access were still not repaired after 1.5 years. No chairs on the balcony to sit down.

Negatives: I didn’t like that the hotel at all, it was dirty, the laundry room was out of service and was not told when I went to get quarters at the front desk. I wasn’t notified in advance that the pool was closed and that we had to walk 5 hotels down to walk on the beach because their beach access was also closed. The staff wasn’t really friendly. The workout room was extremely hot, we had to use a bumblebee to hold the door open to get air circulating in there and the water didn’t work to fill our water bottle. It was very expensive and all the amenities were trash. I changed my reservation with another hotel because they notified me that their pool and beach access was closed and I decided to pay a little more for a “better experience” with the Hyatt but I was wrong. I paid double and got way worse than I expected. I’m very disappointed with this hotel. I will never stay here again. For the location that it’s in it was more like a 1 star hotel.

Negatives: I wish the rooms had some indirect lighting that could brighten it up a little bit.

Negatives: The resort said they were booked after booking.com gave me a confirmation

Negatives: Once again I was very disappointed with the fact that the beach and pool were not available once again, Your company should make that information available before I booked. I would not have stayed at your facilities at the price you are charging. I will not be back,

Negatives: Elevators always had lots of sand in them and lobby not very clean. See above too
