The beds were hard, the a/c didn’t work good and when you ask for towels there rude and say go to the front desk.

The AC didn't work out room was well over 80°, beds were not queens as stated but doubles, the pull out couch bed was just springs with no padding, the TV remote was broken, the floor was filthy and turned out feet black, the pool had partiers until 3/4am, the counters in the room were broken, maintenance was sent to our room to fix the AC and didn't do anything, the parking lot doesn't have enough spaces for the amount of rooms. Front Desk didn't care about any of it, It was a miserable experience for us and our handicapped mother in-law. We will never stay at a la Quinta again nor go to Daytona Beach.

It was run down and the floor was so dirty your feet would get black . Had not been mopped I. A long time. The tv with the beds would not work. The phone cord was broken had to hold it into the phone to call front desk. The parking was terrible they didn’t follow the parking rule. It was a terrible hotel and the staff was so rude we went home early!
