Positives: The hotel had been renovated and it was clean.

Negatives: We took our small rescue dog as it stated on line it was 'pet friendly ' well, NO, it wasn't. The dog was not allowed anywhere other than the parking lot and the room. We felt like prisoners because we couldn't enjoy the outdoor area, so we were bound to our room and walking her elsewhere to go potty. We were not leaving our beloved rescue baby alone in the room. They didn't have a decent, safe pet area for her to go potty other than next to the garbage dumpster! We had to walk her on a busy street. We paid for breakfast but weren't allowed to take her in the reception or breakfast seating area, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast, which cost $$ . AT least the hard Rock Rock hotel next door was very pet friendly, and she was allowed inside the hotel and the restaurant. We will go there next time!

Positives: I purchased a split room layer and was pleasantly surprised with the room's layout and the amount of space within the room. The room came with two TVs, a little nook, and a microwave and fridge. To my surprise the pool area was beautiful. It overlooked the beach. I would stay here again and the price was very inexpensive.

Negatives: My only complaint was that one of the tv controllers wasn't working so I had to manage the tv manually.
