It was too much noise coming from outside like if the bed should have been in the parking lot, the room is not insulated or something. The bed was uncomfortable. The rooms need to be upgraded

Door wouldn't close and lock all the way, people banging on the wall all night, felt like people were listening from outside the window. Didn't feel very safe at all, thought it was a hotel off of a horror movie, didn't stay second night.

The room was older, and it could have used a good cleaning. I asked for a king, but only double beds were provided. I understand certain rooms are for pets. However, if you're pet friendly, you're pet friendly!

Only issue I had was that when we asked for new towels we couldn't get any because the office didn't have any due to the laundry facility not being open after a certain time.

It was close to food and the beach.
Negatives:
They didn’t have bed sheets on the beds , when I called about it , I had to call multiple times , when someone finally answered they asked me “was the room clean” like you should know if it’s clean if you clean it. Nor did they give me my deposit back trying to say I stained the sheets with blood but I know 100% it was not because we cleaned up the whole room and there was no blood or anything on the sheets. It also took them hours to bring us blankets. And when I called a few days later they said they were going to send it back and they still haven’t.
