Did not stay there. They did not provide handicapped accessible room. Wife is disabled. They provided a tub for a 11 day stay.

Rude staff. They did not provide handicapped accessible room AS PROMISED IN THE RESERVATION. They provided a tub for an 11 day stay. Choice Hotels complaint # 12091411. We registered then found out the room was not in compliance. We told them and the desk clerk said a tub with a bar on the wall met their rules for the disabled. We checked out. And went to the Hampton Inn. WE REGISTERED AND THEN CHECKED OUT. We did not violate the 48 hour policy. They breached our contract. We checked out on 4/27. On 4/29 they debited $2333.45 from my bank account. Choices Hotels says they admit knowing I was not staying there. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. 4156315112

particularly nickel and dimey, a parking fee daily added, rushed out of room under threat of paying another full day rate Sunday am. Wasnt permitted to use pool post checkout, lenghthy arduous check in process can't imagine had there been several folks .

Location is excellent steps from the beach. Neighborhood feels safe and accommodations are clean and pleasant, though a bit outdated. Beds are clean and comfortable. Everything in the room works and is functioning properly. A good value for this location, but away from the beach I have found alternate accommodations for work stays that cost less and are equally adequate as this.
Negatives:
I did not like the $14 per day parking fee. Other accommodations have free parking.

Location to the beach and restaurants. Elevator went out on my checkout day and an employee helped me get all of my heavy luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor.
